What size range do you offer?
We have a size range from 1-10, spanning a bust size from 31.5-49″ (80-124cm). You can find the body size and finished measurement charts for every pattern on their product page, and the body size charts on this page.
What kind of patterns do you offer?
At the moment we offer PDF patterns only. The download package for each pattern includes both a print at home and a print at the copyshop version.
For what cup size are your patterns designed?
Our sizes 1-6 are designed for a B cup, and our sizes 7-10 are designed for a C cup. There are overlapping sizes drafted in between – a size 7 with a B-cup, and a size 6 with a C-cup.
How do I know if I have the latest version of the pattern/instructions?
Both your pattern and your instructions carry a Version number. You can find this number on the right hand corner of the instructions, and on the first page of the pattern. The downloadable files in your account will always be the latest version. Compare the two to see if you have the latest version, and check the version log to see if the changes in the latest version require you to print it out again or not.
What seam allowance do your patterns have?
All patterns are drafted with a 5/8″ (1.5 cm) seam allowance, unless otherwise noted.
Can I re-sell your patterns, or items made with your patterns?
Our patterns are intended for home-use only. That means that they can not be used for commercial purposes, such as re-selling or selling garments made with them. You can use the pattern to make something for someone else as a gift.
I made a mistake with my order, can I get a refund?
We do not issue refunds for our PDF patterns. If you find something out of order or missing in the download, don’t hesitate to contact us.
What are the payment options?
At the moment we only accept payments through Paypal. However, you don’t need to have a Paypal account to use this service, you can also pay with creditcard without an account.
How often can I download my pattern?
As often as you want! It will stay available in your account and will automatically be updated to the latest version.
How do I open the pattern download?
For Mac, the .zip file download can be opened by just double-clicking the file. For Windows, righ-click the file and select ‘uncompress’, using free software like 7-zip if necessary. Use Adobe Reader to open the pattern files. Other programs have been known to get the scaling wrong when printing.
How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
You can find a newsletter field at the bottom of the page. Fill in your email address and confirm through the email that will be sent to you.
I’d like to be a pattern tester, where can I sign up?
We’ll send out a newsletter when we’re looking for testers. Sign up for the newsletter and follow the instructions given in the email.
